Transport and payment

Placing an order and paying for the goods

Your shopping cart is created from the moment you click on the “Add to cart” button.
To place an order, click on the “Place order” button and then the online store offers you several options: place an order as a guest, register as a customer (if you have not done so yet) or log in. Next, fill in the required fields: “payer details”, “delivery details”, “delivery method”, “payment information”. The order is placed by clicking on the “Submit order” button on the order overview page.

When paying for your order, you can use a bank link as a payment method, paying 100% of the order amount immediately after completing the purchase. You will be automatically redirected to pay via the selected bank link. You can still change your order before clicking the "Submit order" button.

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change it after you have received an order confirmation email with your order number. To make changes after you have placed your order, please contact Koertepesa customer service by email at  info@koertepesa.ee

If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email, be sure to let us know about your purchase request by emailing info@koertepesa.ee  and we will send you the necessary details for the bank transfer.

The purchase and sales agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is deemed to have been concluded, i.e. the order fulfilment will begin if you have paid 100% of the amount due according to the order confirmation

Delivery

When you buy from koertepesa, you have the option to choose between 2 different delivery methods. In addition, we offer the option to pick up the goods yourself at the Bosse Haabersti store!
We usually deliver the goods to you within five working days. However, sometimes (depending on the transport method and the goods) it can take up to 7 working days. If you want to pick up the goods yourself, you can do so the next day after placing the order/paying.

Omniva parcel machines – €4.99

You can order goods with a maximum weight of 30 kg and dimensions not exceeding 41 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm from the Omniva parcel machine. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination parcel machine, an SMS message will be sent to the recipient's mobile phone. Then all you have to do is go to the parcel machine and enter the door code you received, and the door will open.

Upon receiving the package, please immediately check that the contents are intact. If anything has been damaged during transport, contact our customer support immediately!

Omniva/Itella courier – €7.50

You can conveniently order a package to your home or office with a courier. By selecting “Omniva courier” as the delivery method when completing your purchase, the ordered goods will be delivered to the front door of the address indicated on the order. After the goods related to your order have been completed, the courier will contact you and agree on the exact delivery time of the goods.

Upon receiving the package, please immediately check that the contents are intact. If anything has been damaged during transport, contact our customer support immediately!
